53Banana and coconut is a divine combination, and the addition of apricots makes this smoothie irresistible. The riper the apricots, the sweeter it will be. If you crave a smoothie with a little bite, use slightly tart apricots.

  • ¾ cup apricot nectar
  • ½ cup light coconut milk
  • 2 cups diced fresh apricots, frozen
  • 1 fresh banana

Combine the nectar and coconut milk in a blender. Add the apricots and banana. Blend until smooth.

Serves 2
